Small Group Training

$40/Hour with Jenn (master trainer fees)

$35 per hour with Kayla (personal trainer fees)

Be placed in a 2 person training session and work out with someone else who will motivate and support you. Workouts are customized to meet the goals and levels of each person in the group. Exercises will be done individually without switching machines in a circuit. Online training sessions are also available.

1:1 Personal Training

$80/Hour with Jenn (master trainer fees)

$60 per hour with Kayla (personal trainer fees)

For those new to training, I start with 1:1 sessions so you can get familiar with the equipment and exercises. Together, we’ll set specific goals and create a plan for you to achieve them. The choice is yours to continue 1:1 or transition to a 2-person small group training when you’re ready. We have more than enough room to practice social distancing while training with more than 6-8 feet between us.

FAQs

Can I buy a membership or do I just pay for training sessions?

We are not a gym and don’t offer memberships. We offer personal training. As a client of Bluewater Fitness I ask you to commit to one, two or more sessions per week. Payment is due by the 1st of the month for sessions booked that month.

Do you offer online training?

Yes we do! You can choose a single or group of two session and pricing is the same as sessions in the gym. Workouts are personalized based on the equipment you have available (bands, bodyweight, free weights, exercise ball etc.) Google Meeting screenshare is used for online sessions and all you need is a computer or mobile phone with internet access. Contact Jenn to learn more or book a session.

Do you have any online training and nutrition programs?

Yes we do! We have an online program where we will provide the nutrition and fitness coaching as well as teach you about macros.

If you are simply looking for a nutrition program or a meal plan, I can also assist with that. Contact me for more information.

Do I have to book training sessions on the same day and time each week?

Training sessions are booked at least one month in advance based on your schedule and availability. For 2-person small group training, I carefully consider who I group together based on personalities, skill level, and the goals of each person.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments can be made by either cheque or e-transfer. I don’t currently accept credit card payments.

Can I cancel or change a session I booked?

I understand that life happens, and sometimes your schedule changes. Please provide as much advance notice as possible, ideally at least 24 hrs if you need to cancel or change a session. Your timeslot is booked for you and sessions booked are non-refundable. I will do what I can to reschedule and find someone to take your session.

Do you sell protein and supplements?

Absolutely! I’ve researched and tried a number of different supplement brands and sell and personally use the Believe brand of supplements. Full disclosure, I’m now sponsored by Believe, but I can honestly tell you that happened only after I had been using and selling their supplements for a few years. I chose them over their competitors because I love their products and I know they work for me.

I sell Believe products and you don’t have to be a client to purchase. You can buy online for pickup.
